HOUSE F
Since the family of five needed more space, they decided to extend the roof. As a result, the former inconspicuous end unit developes into a self-confident building and at the same time accentuates the beginning of the entire row house complex.
By moving the ridge from the property boundary to the central axis of the house, a new cubature is created. The increase occurs in timber construction and thus ensures a very short construction time. The whole house is unified in its appearance by the new white plaster facade and the roof covering from coated sheet metal.
Inside, generous glazing and room heights create a light-flooded living atmosphere with amazing views. Individually planned built-in furniture and seat windows optimize the utilization of the unusual room geometries.
