Antonella Caponnetto (Paternò, 1980) is an italian architect, designer and urban planner. In 1994 she approaches to the writing and street art as promoters of social and cultural regeneration. In 2001, when she was attending university, she decided to embark on a path of self-taught research on “crop circles” coding and forms the gold found in nature. In 2007 she began working with several national and international studies in the field of architecture and interior design; in the same year she moved to Paris to follow some advice for home staging and leave as an artistic path between Italy and France, currently active. Since 2012, combines the professional activity to laboratories temporary: it follows several international workshops on the themes of architecture, landscape and design ... the confrontation, interaction and involvement with students allows the space with the mind and evolve design concept broad contrasting those that are the traditional and static forms of professional development. Deals with ethical and sustainable design, aimed to respect for nature and the relationship of identity between the man and the place where he lives. She lives and works between Catania and Paris.

Il progetto di cucina, inteso nel suo senso più stretto di mobilio a servizio di chi prepara il cibo, è stato sempre condizionato dall’evoluzione socio-culturale del tempo. Ogni giorno, incosciamente o meno, veniamo bersagliati da vere e proprie “contaminazioni” provenienti dal mondo della televisione, pubblicità, giornali, musica, moda… una fitta rete di interazioni che gestisce con il marketing tutti i bisogni della società, dai più futili ai più importanti. In cucina succede la stessa cosa!

TetraKitchen risponde ai voleri, consci ed incosci, della società del nostro tempo. Il punto di forza sta nel concetto di cucina intelligente ed educativa.

All’interno diverse sono le funzioni che volontariamente educano il fruitore a vivere la cucina e a rispettare l’ambiente.

Economica in termini di ecosostenibilità: l’utilizzo di materiali non energivori e reciclabili permette di dichiarare il progetto ambientale al 100%, ecologica quindi non solo nella fase di costruzione ma anche nella fase di marketing, vendita ed utilizzo del prodotto stesso, definito, quindi, di ecodesign. Le cover di rivestimento degli elementi possono essere sostituite con altre di diverso colore, stile, tessuto, materiale.. si, TetraKitchen è anche moda!
